Where duplicate accounts are discovered, kno99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and retain any funds in those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kno99 will never request your password via email or live chat. You must notify kno99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. kno99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
All kno99 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and winnings are displayed and processed in IDR. kno99 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion from other denominations, where applicable, is performed at the exchange rate determined by kno99 at the time of the transaction.
kno99 is committed to operating a safe, fraud-free, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed and at any other time kno99 deems necessary.

Deposits via local bank transfer and Indonesian e-wallets are typically credited to your kno99 Balance within 1–5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. kno99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays observed by Indonesian financial institutions. During the Idul Fitri / Lebaran holiday period and Nyepi (when certain Indonesian banking services may operate on reduced schedules), processing times may be extended.
Withdrawal requests submitted after successful KYC verification are processed within 30 minutes to 3 business hours under normal operating conditions, targeting same-day settlement for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB. Withdrawals are credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal change-of-payment-method request has been approved by the support team. kno99 targets sub-30-minute processing for verified accounts at Gold tier and above.
Withdrawals may not be processed where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the account is under investigation for suspicious activity; (c) outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds have not been met; or (d) a chargeback, reversal, or dispute has been initiated by the Player against a prior deposit transaction.

Acceptance of a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these General Bonus Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the Player must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) a number of times equal to the multiplier before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. A wager is considered accepted only when kno99 confirms it and a bet reference number is issued. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. kno99 will retain transaction records and personal data for the periods required by applicable law and its licensing obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kno99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
